How to send an invoice for the finished work
Choose Invoice a client from the drop-down menu of the For freelancer.
Provide the client’s email. If we didn't send an invoice to the client before, we will ask you to provide details like company name, address, Tax identification number, etc. They are necessary to issue an invoice. The details will be filled in automatically if we worked with the client before.
Choose a job category, and provide a title and brief description of your project.
You can choose if you want to transfer the copyright to the client - under the license or protocol. You can read more about copyright here.
Add the price of the work and the deadline to send the payment. The value of the contract is the client’s net amount. We will add the VAT amount to it. You will see the final amount that you will receive.
The payment deadline is the time for the client to pay the deadline. The client will get a tax invoice once the payment is credited to our accounting system. The default value for both terms is 7 days, but you can change it.
Then upload the finished work to this project and click next step. We need your finished work because we have a contract with you.
Check if all the details are correct. If they are, you can click “Invoice my client.” Our administrator will verify the information and send a deposit request to your client. We will inform you of each stage via email. The client will receive a tax invoice after paying the deposit. You will get the payout within 24 hours (on working days).
