In Useme we operate on the basis of contracts of a specific work and that is why we require not only the work is done by a Freelancer but also a confirmation from you that the work was performed in accordance with the arrangements. On these grounds, we can pay out remuneration to the Freelancer.
From this article you will find out:
- How to accept the work?
- How to reject the work?
- What will happen if I reject the work?
- What will happen if the work is not delivered within the agreed period of time?
When the Freelancer chosen by you finishes the job and uploads the final version of the work to the service, we will notify you about it in a separate e-mail in which you will find a link to accept the work. You can also accept the work from your account (My account → My deals → specific deal → Receive the work).
Browse the attached work and, by choosing the proper button, confirm its acceptance or reject it and ask for corrections. The Freelancer will receive a message about your decision.
You have 7 calendar days to take a decision. After that time the work will be accepted automatically and the remuneration will be paid out to the Freelancer.
If you have any doubts about the received work or if it is inconsistent with the arrangements of the deal, reject it using the proper button. The Freelancer will receive a message about your decision.
Use the contact form in Useme to write to the Freelancer and inform him/her of any necessary corrections that you require for the work to be accepted. When the Freelancer improves the work, you will receive its new version for assessment.
Remember that the only grounds for the rejection of the work can be substantive or technical deficiencies the basis of which is the description of the commissioned job or arrangements made between you and the Freelancer.
The grounds for the rejection of the work do not include esthetic values.
If corrections have been made but the work still does not fulfil the requirements and you do not want to continue cooperation, we will refund the payment made along with a corrective invoice. The deal will be marked as terminated by the Freelancer.
If the work is not delivered within the period of time set out in the deal, you can end your cooperation with the Freelancer. Report it to us at email@example.com and we will refund your money along with a corrective invoice.
