In Useme, we operate on the basis of single contract jobs and that is why we require, not only, the work is done by a Freelancer but also a confirmation from you that the work was performed in accordance with the arrangements. On these grounds, we can pay out the remuneration to the Freelancer.

Account activation
To accept or reject the Freelancer’s work you will need an active account at Useme. If you received a pre-invoice and a VAT invoice without first creating an account with Useme, you should activate your profile.
To do this, go to the login page [HERE] and in the login field enter the e-mail address to which you receive messages from us.
Then click the link: "Forgot the password?". We will send you a link to create a new password that will enable you to log in to the site.
How to accept the work?
When the chosen Freelancer finishes the job and uploads the final version of the work to our service, we will notify you about it in a separate e-mail in which you will find a link to accept the work. You can also accept the work from your account (My account → My deals → specific deal → Receive the work).
Browse the attached work, by choosing the proper button, and confirm its acceptance or reject it and ask for corrections. The Freelancer will receive a message about your decision.
You will have 7 calendar days to make a decision. After the decision period, the work will be accepted automatically and the remuneration will be paid out to the Freelancer.
How to reject the work?
If you have any doubts about the finished work or it's inconsistent with the arrangements of the deal, reject it using the proper button. The Freelancer will receive a message about your decision.
Use the contact form in Useme to write to the Freelancer and inform them of any necessary corrections that you require for the work to be accepted. When the Freelancer improves the work, you will receive its new version for assessment.
Remember that the only grounds for rejecting of saidwork can be technical deficiencies the based on what is the described in the commissioned job or arrangements made between you and the Freelancer.
The grounds for the rejection of the work do not include esthetic values.
What will happen if I reject the work?
If corrections have been made but the work still does not fulfil the requirements and you do not want to continue cooperation, we will refund the payment made along with a corrective invoice. The deal will be marked as terminated by the Freelancer.
What will happen if the Freelancer doesn't deliver work within agreed period of time?
If the work is not delivered within the period of time set out in the deal, you can end your cooperation with the Freelancer. Report it to us at info@useme.eu and we will refund your money along with a corrective invoice.
