In Useme, we are legally responsible for freelancers because we base on a contract for specific work. That is the reason why we need you to upload the finished work to the job contact every time. By uploading the file, you confirm that the work has been performed without any abuse. The attached file is important to us. With the file, when the Social insurance institution or the Tax office asks for an inspection, we can prove that both parties follow the regulation.
Useme can also be used as a platform for securing the file during the exchange of the finished work. Therefore, if you use our service for securing the transaction, you have to upload the finished work to our website without any shortcut. The file which the client must perceive you upload as a finished work. If the upload file does not match the description of the commissioned work, the client may question the contract or file a complaint.
We need to have the finished file to prove that the work has been done as we sign a job contract with you. You can upload the file to our website in two ways.
- When filling the form “Bill my client” in the path “Get an invoice for the finished work.”
- After the client pays the pre-invoice from us in the path “Secure your work.”
With Useme, you can issue an invoice to your client regardless of the paths. Feel free to choose the path that suits your needs.
How to upload the file in the path “ Get an invoice for the finished work” ?

How to upload the file in the path “Secure your work” in uSafe transaction or to an ongoing contract?
When you finish working, upload the file to Useme from the link that we sent in a separate system message, or you can do it from your account (Dashboard-Deal-relevant deal-Send you work)
Then send the appropriate file. If the file is the final version of your work, be sure to mark it as a finished work (“Send as finished work”). The system will recognize the contract is completed, and we will inform the client to check the finished work.
Sending the work as a “Sample” will give the client the opportunity to review the work. Then they can submit the corrections (rejection of the work) without any sequence. To complete the contract, it is necessary to mark the file as finished work once available.
The client has 7 calendar days to accept the work, and we will send the remuneration in the net amount within maximum 3 days. You can find more information about sending the work for completing the contract click here.
How to upload work for ongoing work?
When the work nears the finished stage, you can upload the file to useme in two ways. You can use the link from the system message. You can do it by logging into your account(Dashboard → Deals → Ongoing deals → Upload your work).
If that’s the final work, please mark it as complete. You can do it by mark “Send as complete work”. The system will mark the deal as finished and we will notify the employer that he/she can access your work.
The employer has 7 calendar days to accept the work. We will try to pay out the gross amount for the independent tax settlement within 24 hours. If you would like to read a step-by-step instruction on how to upload the work, please click here.
It does not violate our regulations when you settle the contract with Useme but sending the file outside of Useme. We warn of this behavior for security reasons. We cannot guarantee the payment for the finished work if you send the work outside of Useme before they pay the pre-invoice. You make this decision at your own risk.
