1. Why we need your work
In useme, we settle with freelancers in accordance with the law. So we can conclude a deal for various types of jobs. That is the reason why we ask you to attach the file to our website during sign a freelance contract. To show that the work has been performed without any abusive behaviors.
The attached files are important for us so we can prove at any moment that none of the parties violated the law in case of fiscal control.
You can also take useme of a secure platform for exchanging files between you and your client.
So if you want useme to secure the transaction, please remember the necessity of uploading the final work to our system. An incomplete file will not be accepted by your client. Your client will consider the uploaded file as the final work.
Remember, if the uploaded file does not match with the description of the work, your client can file a complaint to us.
Please avoid uploading part of the work to useme and deliver the completion of the work to your client outside. You can lose the security payment and the guarantee of receiving the remuneration.
2. When you upload the work to our website
To conclude the deal with you, we need to have your work as evidence of the work has been performed. Below is the time when you can/should upload the work to our site:
- During filling the “Sign a freelance contract” form
- After the employer has paid the pre-invoice
You can sign the freelance contract with useme at any stage of your working process.
3. How to upload the file work to our website
You can upload the file during filling sign a freelance contract form. Please provide the related data for work and upload the file in the third step.
If the client accepts your work, please leave the “Acceptance of work by money transfer” filed as checked. This way will speed up the process of settlement.
How to upload work for ongoing work?
When the work nears the finished stage, you can upload the file to useme in two ways. You can use the link from the system message. You can do it by logging into your account(My account → My deals → Specific deal → Upload your work).
If that’s the final work, please mark it as complete. You can do it by mark “Send as complete work”. The system will mark the deal as finished and we will notify the employer that he/she can access your work.
The employer has 7 calendar days to accept the work. We will try to pay out the gross amount for the independent tax settlement within 24 hours.

4. Can you send the file to the client outside of Useme
We highly recommend you not to do it for security reasons.
We cannot guarantee your remuneration if you send the file to a client outside of our service.
