Useme will help you settle jobs
- performed by your business partners
- commissioned by Useme
- commissioned differently or on different websites, for which you want to receive an invoice
Settlement of a job with your Freelancer (outside Useme)
Ask your business partner to create an account on Useme and provide their details. We will require them to sign a freelancer, so it is essential that they are correct.
Then your Freelancer must fill out the "Sign a freelance contract" form in which we will ask to provide details concerning the commissioned job, such as title, description, work completion deadline, and payment deadline.
On the basis of the completed form, we will issue a pre-invoice and send it to you. After you have paid it and it is booked on our account, we will send you a VAT invoice.
We will pay out the remuneration to the Freelancer after they have uploaded the file with the work to our service (you can do it while filling out the "Sign a freelance contract" form) and the work has obtained your approval.
Within 7 working days, you must accept it or ask for corrections via a link that we will send directly to you or your account. After this time, the work will be accepted automatically.
Upon the acceptance of the work, Useme will pay out the remuneration to the Freelancer in order for them to pay taxes independently.
Settlement of a job commissioned by Useme

In the agreed time, you will receive the finished work via Useme to view and assess. The work should be either accepted or petitioned for corrections via a link provided or from your account within 7 calendar days. After this time, the work will be accepted automatically
Upon the acceptance of the work, Useme will pay out the remuneration to the Freelancer in order for them to pay taxes independently.
If the job has not been done according to the previous description, we will give you a refund and issue a corrective invoice.
