When your offer has been chosen, we will notify you about it in a separate system message and will send a pre-invoice to you and your Employer. Be sure to check if all your details are correct. Before paying for the pre-invoice, it is possible to edit almost all the details.
In the next step, your Employer pays the pre-invoice. When the payment is credited to our account, we will notify you by e-mail. From then on, the time allocated to you for the performance of the commissioned work will begin.
When the work is finished, upload it to the service directly from your account (My account → My deals → specific deal → Upload your work → Send as complete work) or via a link that we sent you in a separate e-mail.
Please remember to mark it as the final version so that the system will mark the deal as finished.
If the deal entails transferring copyrights, please add them to the system as well.
Useme tip: You can also upload the file as a sample to enable your Employer to make themselves acquainted with the results of your ongoing work and ask you to make corrections or changes (My account → My deals → specific deal → Upload your work → Send as work samples).
Uploading sample work to Useme will not terminate the deal: you can upload subsequent versions of the work for your Employer’s assessment with no risk of the deal being terminated. Upon completion of the final version, please remember to upload it to the system and mark it as final.
The next step should be taken by your Employer. We will inform them via e-mail that your work is ready. The Employer has 7 calendar days to make themselves acquainted with it and to confirm its acceptance or to ask for corrections. After this time, the work will be accepted automatically.
Upon the acceptance of the work, within a maximum of 3 working days, we will pay out the gross remuneration for the independent tax settlement in your country. Along with the remuneration, we will also send you a confirmation of the completion of the deal.
