How does the commissioned work process look like?

We will notify you when your offer gets chosen by the client. We will also send a deposit request to you and the client. Make sure all the details are correct. You can edit the deal before your client pays the deposit.

What are the steps you will take later?

1. We will notify you when we get the deposit. Then you can start working - remember to finish before the deadline.
2. When you're done, upload the files to your account (Dashboard → Deals → specific deal → Upload your work → Send as complete work) or use the link you got in an email from us. Remember to mark the files as the final version.
3. If you want to transfer the copyrights, add them to the system.

Useme tip: you can also upload the sample files. This way, your client can see the ongoing work and ask for modifications early on. (Dashboard → Deals → specific deal → Upload your work → Send as work samples). You can upload as many samples as necessary. Just remember to mark the final version as such.

We will email the client to let them know you have finished the work. They will have 7 calendar days to accept the files or ask for corrections. If they don't, the work will be accepted automatically after this time.

We will pay you out within 24 hours of the client's acceptance.
