Useme pricing – key terms
Our pricing policy is based on the following rules:
- There are no setup fees, and having an account on Useme is always free. We charge a service fee only for deals settled through our platform.
- Our service fee is 4.99% of the client’s invoice value.
- The minimum service fee is €9, and the maximum is €99.
- Service fees sum up every month.
- The contract date is when we receive the money from the client.
- Once the monthly service fee sum reaches €99, invoicing is free until the last day of the month.
- The same rules apply for transactions in USD and GBP. For PLN, the service fee is 7.8%, with a minimum amount of 29 PLN and a maximum of 349 PLN.
Service fee limit. How does the Zero Commitment Plan work?
We add up all the service fees paid in a given month and assign them to the freelancer account.
Once the service fee sum reaches the limit in a month, you unlock free deals. That means each subsequent invoice will be sent for free until the last day of the month.
Setting up an account on Useme is always free.
What is the service fee limit?
The monthly service fee limit is 99 EUR/USD/GBP or 349 PLN. It’s also the service fee limit for a single deal.
Useme Club members have a lower service fee limit – 89 EUR/USD/GBP or 299 PLN.

How do we calculate the service fee limit?
The contract date is when we receive the money from the client. For example:
- If you send an invoice on January 31st and your client pays on February 3rd, the service fee will be assigned to the February service fee sum.
- If you reach the service limit in January and send the invoice in January, but the client pays in February, the service fee will apply.
If you settle deals in several currencies, we convert all the service fees and add them up.
What does contribute to the service fee limit?
The €99 monthly limit includes service fees charged for:
- all kinds of deals settled via Useme
The €99 monthly limit doesn’t include service fees charged for:
- additional charges, e.g., for paying with an Autopay card
- additional service, e.g., sending documents by mail
- issuing a VAT invoice without a deposit request (69 PLN or 19 EUR/USD/GBP).
