Check if you’re using the email address you used when creating your account.
Check if there isn't an extra space in front or behind the email address.
If your account didn’t get activated, click on the "Recover password" link, and we will send you a new activation link.
Useme tip: Your account might have gotten blocked because of regulation violations. Check your inbox to see if we've contacted you about this. If you still can't log in, contact us at email@example.com.
Our system blocked your account because it detected a violation of the rules from your account. In such cases, we always inform the freelancer of the reasons for the blocking by email. Please, check your inbox.
Check your spam folder if you didn’t see any messages from us. Your email provider could be blocking emails from us. In that case, contact your email provider and ask to add Useme.com to the block and reject exceptions.
First, check your spam folder. If there are no emails from us, message our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you the link again or activate your account manually.
