We would like to remind you that making any changes in the “Freelancer Profile” will lead to a temporary loss of the verified freelancer status until the administrator checks the updated content. We verify freelance accounts regularly during the customer service office’s working hours.
If you do not find any space to input your company’s ID number, there is a possibility that you choose a natural person during registration. To make the modification, please send a message at firstname.lastname@example.org.
With the help of the tags, the client can find suitable freelancers. Moreover, the tags also represent the skill in which you specialize in. To increase the chance of having a job in useme, add the tags to your profile.
To add skills to your profile, go to Edit profile→ Categories→ Choose categories and skills. You can input tags that fit your competencies.
If you cannot find a specific tag that matches your skill, please contact us at email@example.com. We will add a proper tag to match your skill and notify you via email.
A freelancer can only have one account, so we can correctly deal with your contract.
With a duplicate account, our system will have a profile with the same address and personal data. It is necessary for us to generate a correct contract and issue PIT 11 for polish users. PIT 11 cannot be generated correctly, and extra problems occur during sending it when there are two accounts with the same PESEL.
We need to delete the duplicate account and copy the data to the old account once identified the duplicated account. This means that we have to delete any offers from the new account. If the contract has been concluded with the new account, we will ask you to send an invoice again to the client from the old account.
If the new account appears as a duplicate one, the old account is an unused account. We will copy all new data to that profile and send a new activation link to the current email address. Your account will be ready to use. You will find all contracts and offers when you use the new account.
Create a new account will not erase your statistics or give you another bonus point but will require re-authorization and activation of your new email address.
