To change your freelancer profile from a natural person to a company, please contracts us at info@useme.com.
Remember that any changes in the Freelancer Profile will temporarily deactivate the verified freelancer status. You will get it back as soon as the administration confirms the updated content. We verify freelance accounts regularly during the customer service office’s working hours.
How to enter the Company ID/Tax ID/VAT ID number
If you can’t find any space to input your company’s ID number, there is a possibility that you will choose a natural person during registration. To modify, please send a message to info@useme.com.
How to add new skills to your profile
Tagging your profile will help clients find it. They should represent your strongest skills. Add the tags to your profile to increase your chances of getting job offers!
To add skills to your profile, go to Profile settings → Freelancer → Categories and skills.
If you cannot find a specific tag that matches your skill, please get in touch with us at info@useme.com. We will add a proper tag to match your skill and notify you via email.
Why can freelancers only have one account
A freelancer can have only one account, so we can make sure your details on the contract are correct. If we identify a duplicate account, we will have to delete it and move the data to the old one. You will lose the offers from your new account.
Please note: creating a new account won’t clear your statistics or give you another bonus point.
