The account verification depends on which elements?
Our administrators check and confirm the validity of the data that you provided in your freelancer’s account. We will grant you the authorized freelancer status after finish the process. You need to have this status in order to post job offers without any limitations. A freelancer without authorized status can only post up to 5 offers.
Our customer service office verify freelancer’s account on a daily basis during the working hour (from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday)
What does Useme need your data for?
We ask you to provide the data(first name, surname, permanent or temporary address, national identification number, and so on.) during sign a freelance contract. Those data are vital to conclude a deal with you. We only use and process your data for the settlement of the deal. We do not use it for any other purposes. We guarantee that we do not disclose your data to any third-party organization.
How long does it take to verify a freelancer's account?
We send you a link for confirmation of registration during creating an account. Your freelancer’s account will not be placed on the waiting list for authorization without this process. The verification process usually takes about 24 hours. We grant the authorized status during customer service working hours, from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. You can post up to 5 job offers before your account is verified. If you have waited for more than 24 hours since account creation, please check your e-mail mailbox. Our administrators may contact you for checking some additional data with you.
Useme tips: We require the correct data in order to conclude a deal with you. To speed up the authorization process, please provide the necessary data.
My account was not authorized
Verification of accounts usually takes about 24 hours. If you have been waiting longer than that, check your e-mail (Spam folder included): we have probably contacted you about some missing or incorrect data.
Useme tip: You can send 5 offers and sign a freelance contract before the account is authorized. We will approve them after your account is verified.
My account lost the authorized freelancer status
You may lose the authorized status for any change of your personal data because our administrators have to verify those changes. If you have not edited any data, please contact us at info@useme.com. There is a possibility that your account has been reported or was blocked for some reason.
