When will my account get verified?
We need to check and confirm the information you provided in your freelancer’s account. We will grant you the verified freelancer status after we complete the process. Until you get the verified status, you will only be able to post up to 5 offers.
Our Customer Support verifies freelancer’s accounts daily during working hours (from 9 AM to 5 PM CET, Monday through Friday).
Why do you need my personal information?
We ask you to provide your details (first and last name, address, TIN, and so on), because we sign a legal contract with you. We use and process your information only for the contract matters. We do not use it for any other purposes and guarantee that we do not disclose your data to any third-party organization.
We comply with the GDPR requirements. Check our Privacy Policy.
How long does it take to verify a freelancer's account?
When you create an account we will send you a confirmation email. You need to click the confirmation link to start the verification process. It usually takes about 24 hours, but might be longer during weekends and holidays.
If you’ve waited for more than 24 hours, check your inbox. We might have contacted you for some additional information.
Useme tip: We need the correct data to sign a contract with you. To speed up the verification process, give us the correct data.
Why didn't my account get verified?
Verification of accounts usually takes about 24 hours. If you have been waiting longer, check your inbox - including spam. We might have contacted you about missing or incorrect data.
Why is my account no longer verified?
When you change your personal information, you temporarily lose the verified status. If you haven’t edited your details, contact us at info@useme.com. Your account might have been reported or blocked.
