Will I receive a confirmation after my client pays a pre-invoice?
Yes, you will. We will send an email to both sides after the payment has been credited to our account.
The client will receive a VAT invoice and the freelancer has to finish the work within the deadline.
If you have uploaded the work during “Bill my client” in step 3. The payment from the client is the confirmation of the acceptance. We will send you an email about the remuneration.
Will useme receive a payment if the employer has not provided the correct transfer reference (the pre-invoice title)?
The system can match the deal automatically if the employer inputs the pre-invoice number/token number in the transfer reference field. If the client does not provide the number or make some mistakes, we can match the bank transfer with the work manually. (We need to have the title of the work or the username to do it) and the payment will be booked into our account. The money will be returned to the sender’s account if we cannot do it.
I have signed a freelancer contract and uploaded my work, but the employer did not pay for the pre-invoice
Unfortunately, we are not able to help with this matter. The obligation of the payment result from the conclusion of the deal when the jobs are ordered by adding it in the service. If the specific contract has been concluded verbally or in written format, but outside of Useme service, you can enforce your right through civil proceedings.
