Will I receive a confirmation after my Client pays for a pre-invoice?
Yes, you will. After payment for the pre-invoice has been credited to our account, we will send e-mails to both parties of the deal. The Employer will receive a VAT invoice and the Freelancer will be notified that the period of time given for the performance of the work has just begun.
If your work has been added to the deal in step 3 of the "Sign a freelance contract" form, the payment for the pre-invoice is the confirmation of its acceptance and we will notify you by e-mail about your remuneration.
Will Useme receive a payment if the Employer has not provided the correct transfer reference (the pre-invoice title)?
Giving the pre-invoice's number/token number in the transfer reference field will make it automatically match the deal. If the Employer made a mistake in the reference or did not provide the number, we will match the bank transfer to the deal manually (if we have the title of the deal or the Username) and the payment will be booked on our account. If we cannot do it, the money will be returned to the sender's account.
I have signed a freelancer contract and uploaded my work, but the Employer did not pay for the pre-invoice
Unfortunately, we are not able to help you in this case: the obligation to payment resulting from the conclusion of the deal arises when the job is ordered by adding it in the service.
If the specific task contract has been concluded verbally or in writing, including an e-mail, but outside of the Useme service, you can enforce your rights through civil proceedings.
