Did the freelancer deliver work which is not in line with your guidelines?
Find the email informing that the freelancer delivered the work or log in to your Useme account and go to Dashboard → Deals → Chosen deal → Documents tab.
After being redirected to the work, you have two options: to accept or reject the work.
After rejecting the work the freelancer will be able to make corrections to his work and upload it again for your submission. Therefore, after rejecting the work make sure to contact the freelancer and ask for revisions.
Important: Only substantive, technical (not aesthetic) reasons related to your order description can become the basis for work rejection.
