Useme.eu is a website that enables you to legally issue an invoice without a company, settle a completed remote job or secure payment in case of cooperating with a new client.
An invoice without a company
To issue an invoice without a company, all you need to do is to fill out a short form in which we will ask you to provide a job's details and a client's data.
If you settle a completed job, attach your work to the deal – it will speed up the settlement. Remember that for legal reasons we require at least a fragment of your finished work.
On the basis of the completed form, we will issue a pre-invoice and send it to your client who, after paying it, will receive a VAT invoice from us. After receiving the payment for the pre-invoice, we will pay out the remuneration to the Freelancer within a maximum of 3 calendar days.
Securing remuneration in Useme: an invoice before starting work
Do you just start your cooperation with a new Client and want to be sure that if you do the job properly you will receive the money? In Useme we also secure remuneration!
To secure your payment, fill out the "Issue invoice without a company" form – we will ask you to provide the Employer's data for the invoice and the maximum amount of details concerning the job. It is essential in the event of a dispute with the Client: the details provided by you will help resolve it. Ignore step 3 of the form.
Please send us the completed form (ignoring step 3) and we will issue a pre-invoice based on it and send it to your client.
Do not start your work until we notify you by e-mail that the Client has paid for the pre-invoice and we have secured your remuneration! That is the only way we can guarantee your remuneration.
After completing your job, upload the complete work to Useme. We will notify your client about it and he/she will have an opportunity to familiarize himself/herself with your work and either accept it or ask for revisions.
Upon the client's acceptance, we will pay you out the remuneration within a maximum of 3 calendar days.
Useme tip: You can also upload the file as a sample to enable your Employer to make himself/herself acquainted with the results of your ongoing work and ask you to make revisions or changes (My account → My deals → specific deal → Upload your work → Send as work samples).
Uploading sample work to Useme will not terminate the deal: you can upload subsequent versions of the work for your Employer’s assessment with no risk that the deal will be terminated. Just remember to add the final version of your work to the service after completing it.
