To work with Useme, you will need an account. You can choose to join Useme as a freelancer and an employer. With us, you can protect your finished work, sign a freelance contract for the new job, share a project with freelancers, and receive a tax invoice from the assigned project.

How to create a Useme account
To create an account in Useme, click on the "Sign Up" button in the upper right corner of the screen and enter your e-mail. We will send you a message with a link to confirm your registration.
Useme tip: What to do if you registered but have not received anything from Useme? Check your spam folder and inbox tabs with offers and other types of messages. If you do not see our message, please contact us at info@useme.com.

How to choose between a freelancer profile or an employer profile
After confirming the registration, you can choose to register as a freelancer or an employer in Useme.
As a freelancer, you can:
- send offers to jobs that are published in our marketplace
- receive offer inquiries from employers in Useme
- protect your finished work and only share them after the client pays for them
- send a tax invoice to your client who does not need an account in Useme
- secure your new job with an online contract
As an employer, you can:
- post jobs to find competent and reliable freelancers
- send inquiries to freelancer
- have a tax invoice from the assigned work
- work with worldwide talents in a simple form
You can click on the button and set up your account. You can always join Useme as both freelancer and employer.
What data is required to complete the freelancer profile
We need to have a deal with you for sending a tax invoice to your client and protecting your work. We only ask for essential data to protect your work. Therefore, we need the following data from you:
- first name and surname
- address
- telephone number
- tax ID and/or personal number which confirms that you are allowed to pay taxes in your country of residence
If you are not a Polish citizen, but you live in Poland, we also need your PESEL number and work permit.
If you are not an EU citizen and you live outside the EU, we also need your ID card/passport number.
We require this data solely to issue documents and contact you. We do not disclose it to any third party or process it for any other purposes. We proceed with your data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. You can check our privacy policy here.

What a freelancer's account verification depends on
Our administrators will verify the validity of the provided data after you fill out all data on your profile. We verify freelancers' data during the Useme customer service office's working hours on a daily basis.
Before verification, you can post up to 5 offers in response to published jobs and send a tax invoice. The invoices will be sent to the client after verifying the validity of your data.
Useme tip: Remember to provide us with the correct data while completing your profile! This way, you will speed up your freelancer's account authorization.
What data is required to complete the employer profile
To complete the employer profile, you must specify if you are a natural person or represent a company. Then fill out the following details: the name and surname and the address in case of the listed person or the full company name, address, and TAX ID/VAT ID number in case of a company.
Useme Club - special benefits for freelancers
In Useme, we have a Useme Club for our freelancers with exclusive benefits.
These are
- Lower commission for every contract
- Maximum commission to 50 EUR/USD/GBP
Additional benefits will be introduced gradually along with the development of Useme. The freelancer only needs to fulfill one of the requirements to be in the club during the calendar quarter (March, June, September, and December)
- Have 6 contracts
- Pay the commission to 150 USD/USD/GBP in total

Every freelancer can check their current statistics from their Useme account in the deal tab.
The list of members in the Useme club is automatically verified on the last day of the month in each quarter. Freelancers who do not meet the conditions will lose their access to the club. But they may return to it again in the next quarter after meeting the criteria
